System Introduce

The off-line programming and on-line calibration from InterSmart provide fast and accurate way to get a robot path.Since the knowledge on the process control is needed to finish the robotic manufacturing process , InterSmart provides end user with customized process modeling based on the experimental test and theoretical analysis.The process model is then used in the manufacturing process to:

● Guide the operator to select the right tool for the specific process

● Control the robot speed

● Predict and compensate the tool wear

At the same time, the measurement device used for the on-line calibration can also be used as the measurement tool for the on-line quality control.The combination of the process model and on-line measurement enables the system to produce the parts within the required tolerance.
