System Introduce

To validate the robot program generated by off-line programming package, on-line workcell calibration is needed to compensate the error between the simulation and real workcell.The free-form calibration developed by InterSmart and tested by the customers is efficient and easy to use.

System Characteristics

● LVDT based calibration system provides the low cost yet effective calibration method by sacrificing the process time

● Mechanical touch probe based calibration provides the flexible and easy to program calibration method

● Point laser distance measurement based calibration provides the low cost version of the no-contact calibration with lower speed

● 3D laser scanner based calibration provides the most flexible and efficient method for on-line calibration
